Responsibilities:
- Provides value-added services to external and internal clients (Front Office)
- Ensures a high standard of clients’ overall banking experience
- Assists Front Office in meeting the day-to-day servicing and administrative needs of the clients, particularly onboarding of clients onto the Digital Private Banking platform
- Ensure compliance to policies and regulatory restrictions
- Communicates with Private Banking clients promptly
- Provides high quality services and achieves the defined service levels and KPI
Requirements:
- Min 2 years experience in Customer Services
- Degree from a university or institute of higher education or equivalent advanced training
- Language skills, highly articulate
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player who strives well in a team environment
- Self-started and able to work with minimum supervision
- Experience in the financial services industry would be a plus factor
Salary: $4,400 Per Month
