• Provides value-added services to external and internal clients (Front Office)
  • Ensures a high standard of clients’ overall banking experience
  • Assists Front Office in meeting the day-to-day servicing and administrative needs of the clients, particularly onboarding of clients onto the Digital Private Banking platform
  • Ensure compliance to policies and regulatory restrictions
  • Communicates with Private Banking clients promptly
  • Provides high quality services and achieves the defined service levels and KPI


  • Min 2 years experience in Customer Services
  • Degree from a university or institute of higher education or equivalent advanced training
  • Language skills, highly articulate
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player who strives well in a team environment
  • Self-started and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Experience in the financial services industry would be a plus factor


Salary: $4,400 Per Month
