CONTRACT BANK MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  • A leadership role of a engaged team within the PB APAC Marketing department, which is key in enabling the Private Banking Business to Grow
  • As part of efforts to achieve our growth ambition, the Team Head Business Support and Platforms together with the rest of the team, support Marketing Head PB APAC in driving the efforts in the following three areas: Business Support, Digital Private Bank & Digital Marketing, External Asset Managers
  • Be an integral and active member of PB APAC Marketing management team
  • Support the Head Marketing PB and the management team in developing and executing marketing strategy and plan in line with business strategy
  • Managing and driving the planning process including budgeting, forecasting and monitoring and tracking of financial development
  • Driving new and current processes such as the Event Management Tool or the event performance and tracking processes
  • Supporting the Head PB APAC in various concerns, e.g. drafting and elaborating on decision making documents such as presentations and analyses, coordinating operational processes and requests
  • Support the managing of governance including operational compliance/controls for APAC Marketing such as MICOS, MAP, policies, guidelines etc.
  • Formulate, develop and implement compelling PB APAC campaigns for Digital Private Banking, drive Digital Marketing as subject matter experts; and develop and execute client and acquisition platforms for External Asset Managers
  • Galvanize team to drive end-to-end projects with regional stakeholders to identify compelling strategies and opportunities in digital banking, media communications, develop and launch down-the-line, internal and external integrated campaigns, events
  • Manage assigned programs, including project and budget management from start-to-end, and identifying and mitigating risks, and ultimately ensuring on-time, on-budget and on-strategy execution
  • Management and communication with business and project owners and key stakeholders to meet expectations as well as ensure delivery of marketing initiatives in line with business requirements

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in business and/or marketing/communication
  • 8 years or more marketing experience, especially exposure in digital and online marketing, advertising or communication
  • Experience in Business Support
  • Experience working in the Private Banking industry and a thorough understanding of the financial services industry
  • Can demonstrate a strong record of customer and business focused initiatives as well as a strong understanding of HNWIs
  • Excellent project management skills. Needs to clearly demonstrate experience managing stakeholders across a matrix structure
  • Motivated individual and Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and expert knowledge of Power Point and Excel
  • Candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and deliver across multiple work streams at the same time
  • A team player with strong partnership skills to work effectively
  • Strong track-record and high level of quality in delivery and implementation  
  • Experience working in a matrix structure

Salary: $10,000 Per Month
