Contract Claims Administrator

Our reputable MNC client – Insurance Industry looking for Contract Claims Administrator of a unique individual to join to grow their business.


  • Diploma with 2 years experience in Insurance Industry or related field
  • A self-starter, meticulous, a good team player and able to work independently
  • Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to changes
  • With BCP / PGI / HI / GI / COMGI Certification will be advantage


  • Provide administrative support in all areas of claims
  • Processing insurance claims in accordance to claims procedures and instructions
  • Attend to customer queries
  • Updating claims reports required by various internal HOD or Management
  • Assist ad hoc duties being assigned

Work Schedule/ Location:

  • 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Located at Central Area
