CONTRACT LOGISTIC ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Issue purchase order and billing invoices
  • Provide services to customer in RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
  • Correspond with Repair Vendor in RTV (Return to Vendor) process
  • Liaise with warehouse and forwarder on all logistics arrangement
  • Logistic arrangements
  • Generate reports
  • Inventory reconciliation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Experience in After Sales Service (RMA/RTV)
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Experience in MNC environment
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients
