Contract Operations Admin

Our reputable MNC client – Insurance Industry looking for Contract Operations Admin of a unique individual to join to grow their business.


  • O/ A Levels/ Diploma or related studies with 2 years of working experience in MNC
  • Experience in insurance field is preferred
  • Well versed in both written and verbal communications skills
  • A self-starter, meticulous, a good team player and able to work independently
  • Be able to work under pressure with passion and adaptive to changes
  • With BCP / PGI / HI / COMGI Certification will be advantage


  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Market Management Department
  • Mapping of SOPs
  • Ensure timelines set by Reporting Manager are met
  • Monthly Dashboards for reporting
  • Support in policy documentation or any other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Initiative to provide constructive feedback & implement process improvement where appropriate

Work Schedule/ Location:

  • 5 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Located at Central Area
