Job Description:
- Provide full life-cycle recruitment and selection support for professional, technical and engineering positions.
- Managing candidates expectation
- Liaise with the hiring managers through out the hiring process
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resouce or Business Administration with 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in recruitment agency would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients
