Job Description:

• Clustering, Database mirroring, Replication and log shipping configuring and troubleshoot issues
• Experience in Database Administration in SQL Server
• Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler
• Resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, security issues and troubleshooting
• Able to detect troubleshoot SQL Server related CPU,memory,I/O, disk space and other resource contention
• Knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commands
• Hands on experience in operational automation
• Knowledge of index management, integrity checks, configuration and patching
• Knowledge of SQL Server tools
• Able  to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and design (SQL Development)
• SQL Database Operational support to tech users

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineer or Computer Information Systems or related field 
• Minimum of 6 years experience in database development and MS SQL Server
• Singaporeans only
• CCNA/ CCNP certifiied
• Experience in MNC environments
• Knowledge of Oracle is a must
