HR STRATEGIC PLANNING ANALYST (CONTRACT)

Job Description:

  • Responsible for assisting the HR People Development (PD) team with coordination, administration and logistical support for PD team, including drafting of emails for Bank roll out, coordination of staff communication and training workshops and assist in other HR maintenance work
  • Incumbent will be involved in all HR change projects from research, inception to written proposals and eventual roll-out
  • Responsibilities undertaken by PD Analyst as follows:
    • Lead coordinator for the following initiatives/portfolios
      • Internship Programs roll-out
      • Talent and Succession Planning
      • Buddy Program coordination
      • Newsletters for APD and GHR – includes writing and editing newsletter
      • APAC HR Monthly Conferences - to arrange and take minutes after each conference
    • Logistical arrangements and Coordination (includes post training consolidation of responses and analytics) for the following training roll-outs and conferences:
    • Training Programs
      • New Managers Roles and Responsibilities
      • Mid-Year / Year-End Performance Training for Managers
      • Year-End Refresher Performance Training
      • Cross-Cultural Training for Local and Japanese Managers
      • Language Training Programs
      • Other training programsConferences
      •  
      • HR Networking Sessions
      • APAC HR Conferences
      •  
    • Assist in preparation and addressing queries from staff pertaining to Performance Management roll out
    •  
    • Responsible for managing the New Hire Induction Program – coordination and logistical arrangements with new hires and businesses to continuous review and fine-tuning of the program
    • To assist the roll out of automated performance management on e-platform. Incumbent will be required to coordinate with Vendor on the workflow, including User-Acceptance Testing to trouble-shoot issues before official launches
    • Assist in coordination / conceptualisation of other projects/deliverables that the team is working on currently:
      • Review of Global Competencies
      • Review of Global Talent Database
      • Leadership training Programs
      • Slides preparation for training materials, presentations that PD team is tasked with
      • Campus Recruitment Talks
      • Staff Engagement Survey Action Plan roll out
      • Any other initiatives
  • To provide appropriate administrative, coordination and logistical support to the team - i.e. slides presentation, editing of work/projects through to logistical support for implementation and communication phase
  • Job Requirements:
  • Gradate with local University Degree, with HR major preferred
  • 1 year HR related or working experience
  • Self-starter; demonstrates initiative, with a passion for conceptual and research work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency should be high for PPT and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people development
  • Excellent oral / written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Logical and methodical in approach
  • Meticulous in follow through

Salary: $3,000 Per Month
