Job Description
  • Execute Audit Assistant and Administrator functions
  • Assist in reporting of the financial reports
  • Provide admin support for office services and facilities and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Co-ordinate despatch and pick up of supplies and documents delivered
  • Maintain business premises and arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment, copiers and systems.
  • Receives invoice, arrange for authorisation and payment
  • Managing filing systems and contracts
  • Handle all ad-hoc administrative duties
Job Requirements
  • Degree/ Diploma holder in Accountancy/ Finance preferred
  • Audit internship experience or 1-2 years in a support role in audit related functions
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Is self-motivated, able to manage multiple assignments and work within a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment is a pre-requisite
