Responsibilities:

• Lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
• Work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging
• Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process
• Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance
• Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process
• Involve in rack packaging design
• Lead/participate in Kaizen activities
• Support production on mass run
• Participate in ISO audit both internally and externally

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving and good project management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Eye for details
• Compliance with RBA standards
