Job Description:

• Develop and enhance Operational Risk framework and related policies
• Develop and enhance RCSA, KRI and other OR tools and methodologies
• Provide support and credible challenge to the business lines and support functions
• Implement and monitor new product approval process
• Develop Reputational Risk Management
• Develop and implement Outsourcing Risk Assessment
• Provide trainings on operational risk-related topics
• Collaborate with Internal Auditors and relevant departments to enhance operational risk awareness
  
  

Job Requirements:

• University graduate
• At least 3 years experience in operational risk function in a bank
• Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards of Operational Risk Management, such as Basel Standards a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all functions and levels
• Able to work independently
• Good understanding of business process and technology

Salary: $4,000 to $5,000 Per Month
