Job Description:

  • Liaise with internal team,3rd party logistics companies and customers
  • Respond to customers’ calls and queries on pricing, products and promotions
  • Support product order, allocation and processing in SAP
  • Resolve product order to delivery issues
  • Handle emergency orders and emergency alternate procedure
  • Participate in credit control
  • Handle returns and refusals
  • Issue reports and follow-up on results
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Strong academic credentials 
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Excellent cognitive thought and problem solving in a team 
  • Proficiency in Korean/ Vietnamese / Indonesian to manage orders and customer requests from Korea/ Vietnam / Indonesia market would be an advantage

Salary: $2,600 - $3,200
