Main Tasks and Duties:
- Conduct research on retail products and services in local market;
- Prepare product or system requirement document;
- Coordinate with technical team of Head Officefor project on new products or system enhancement request;
- Work out solution for functionality defects;
- Support branches to solve any issues related to product and system;
- Dedicated in digitalization of personal banking cater to envolving industry;
- Follow up on product and system upgrade;
- Any work assigned from time to time by supervisor or the Management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience;
- Candidates with some bank internship experience can be considered
- Candidates with strong knowledge in data analysis or promotional content creation will be advantageous;
- Fluent written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Technology savvy
- Ability to work well in a team
Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500 Per Month
