- Execute Audit Assistant and Administrator functions
 - Assist in reporting of the financial reports
 - Provide admin support for office services and facilities and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
 - Co-ordinate despatch and pick up of supplies and documents delivered
 - Maintain business premises and arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment, copiers and systems.
 - Receives invoice, arrange for authorisation and payment
 - Managing filing systems and contracts
 - Handle all ad-hoc administrative duties
 
- Degree/ Diploma holder in Accountancy/ Finance preferred
 - Audit internship experience or 1-2 years in a support role in audit related functions
 - Good interpersonal and organizational skills
 - Is self-motivated, able to manage multiple assignments and work within a team.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment is a pre-requisite
