Job Responsibilities:
• Regional governance development and deployment
 • Act an as cross-functional enabler between the Regional head and regional function heads 
 • Compliance-based monitoring and reporting
 • Communications management for the region
• Key point of contact for the Global COO team for reporting, analysis and advice on all matters relating to the region
 • Provide proactive assurance to Global COO and Regional Head regarding all relevant mandatory compliance-based matters (e.g. training, eBCM, policy/ standards etc) for the region;
 • Act as primary point of contact for the Project Management Office within the region
 • Regional delivery of communications strategy; and
 • Manage the APAC team procurement and expense matters.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience as a Business Manager in the Banking industry
 - Good communication skills
 - Prior regional exposure will be an added advantage
