Job Description:
- Liaise with internal team,3rd party logistics companies and customers
 - Respond to customers’ calls and queries on pricing, products and promotions
 - Support product order, allocation and processing in SAP
 - Resolve product order to delivery issues
 - Handle emergency orders and emergency alternate procedure
 - Participate in credit control
 - Handle returns and refusals
 - Issue reports and follow-up on results
 - Participate in internal and external audits
 - Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
 
Job Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials
 - Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 - Excellent cognitive thought and problem solving in a team
 - Proficiency in Korean/ Vietnamese / Indonesian to manage orders and customer requests from Korea/ Vietnam / Indonesia market would be an advantage
 
Location : West area within walking distance from MRT Station
Salary: $2,600 - $3,200
