Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 3 year relevant experience in server / rack / manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of SAP is advantage
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for handling Chinese speaking clients
• Relationship oriented and self-motivated to achieve target
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and a team-player  

Requirements

• Assist to lead a team of process AE / Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production
• Work closely with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement
• Ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process
• To lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations
• To lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities
• Update EC master list & tracking
• Prepare and update Working Instruction.
• Provide trainings over W/I to production.
• Support on the NPI Process
• Support production on mass run
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)
