Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in quality, engineering or related discipline with 3 year relevant experience in server & rack manufacturing environment
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for handling Chinese speaking clients
• Relationship oriented and self-motivated to achieve target
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and a team-player                                                                                                                                              

Responsibilities

• Ensure to achieve zero defect products
• Work closely with MRB team on the OSV activities before any RMA / RTV process
• Assist in customer manufacturing quality requirement
• Work with suppliers to expedite on the line defective return
• Assist in follow-up on the disposition & FA report with planner / buyer, warehouse, logistics, quality & process

• Working location: Genting Lane
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary up to $3,800
