• Develop and execute recruiting plans
  • Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
  • Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives
  • Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
  • Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business
  • 5-6 years of IT Recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication skill to liaise with managers and employees regularly and to communicate with potential job candidates.
  • The ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork
  • Ability to deal with confidential information

Salary: $8K to $9K
