Structured Finance Department Asia Pacific (SFDA) is looking for a contract staff to be part of the Export Credit Agency (ECA) Finance Team to assist senior managers in the origination and execution of ECA financing transactions. Term of the position is 6 months.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Actively support senior members of the ECA Finance team in originating and executing transactions
- Prepare financial proposals and presentations
- Prepare internal credit paper and support all aspects of the administration and execution of transactions from origination to drawdowns
- Build, review and run sensitivities on financial models/cash flows
- Identity and monitor market developments and opportunities
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders and clients as necessary
- Support wider SFDA team on deals as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree / Masters degree preferable
- 3-6 years of relevant working experience
- Work experience should ideally be related to project/corporate finance or ECA finance
- Sector experience in Power, Renewables, Infrastructure and Natural Resources would be viewed favourably
- Good understanding of loan documentation
- Good written and communications skills
- Good understanding of credit analysis process
- Capability to build financial model from scratch
- Ability to work independently on jobs assigned
- Positive personality with strong work ethics
- Enthusiasm & desire to work in ECA Finance
- Independent, self-motivated & strong team player with ability to work in multicultural team
Salary: $4,800 to $8,000 Per Month
