Job Duties

• Provide technical support for work related to daily operation, maintenance and IT infrastructure
• Responsible for tracking and solving any issues encountered in daily operation, maintenance and IT infrastructure
• Manage and configure user or user privileges correctly to ensure the security of IT systems and infrastructure
• Provide professional opinions on IT audit and remedy for any gap found in a timely manner
• Apply rapid responding and propose a suitable solution for adhoc job assigned from Department Head
• Any work required to be carried out for holding the above Position in the Department subject to business needs, internal policies and procedures
• Any work assigned from time to time by supervisor or the Management

Job Requirements

• Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Prior working experience in the banking sector will be advantageous
• Passionate individual who is keen to learn
• Strong knowledge and interest in computer systems
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments

Salary: $5,000 Per Month
