Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity to explore KYC control functions where the Team’s core mandate is providing client KYC governance and ensuring controls within CDDS function
  • Ensure accuracy of the client attributes in the client repository
  • Validation of hardcopy client documentation to ensure completeness in record retention
  • Assist with daily governance and production controls for the KYC process
  • Perform control sweeps on KYC out of scope population
  • Perform event driven reviews – change in circumstances for existing clients
  • Support audit and regulatory inspections in terms of client governance aspects
  • Support KPI/KRI metrics and control packs for the Business and FCC governance forum
  • Frequent interaction with various stakeholders such as Business COOs, Compliance, Local Operations Team

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a KYC related role preferred
  • Well verse in KYC documentation of different client types (corporates/FIs/Funds/Trusts)
  • Effective communication skillset (both verbal and written), and the ability to influence your business partners
  • A problem solver mindset, with the capability to think outside of the box
  • A dedicated, self-starter approach to your work
  • A highly motivated perspective and an eagerness to work efficiently
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Great organization skill and meticulous
  • A highly collaborative approach when working as part of a team and also independently
  • The flexibility to work in a dynamic and energized environment with changing priorities
  • Great at workflow and pipeline volumes management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Added advantage – Excel skillsets (vlookup, pivot table, macro etc.) and PowerBI

Salary: $4,100 Per Month
