- Perform and provide support on all aspects of client administration duties
- Statements/advices reprint, retained and returned mails handling, bank reference letter issuance, etc.
- Document management and custodian of client files both physical and electronic
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling client static data within the banking industry
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and work within a team
- Working knowledge of Avaloq system will be an added advantage
