Job Description:

  • Support batch job operation on a daily basis (EOD task, End of Day)
  • Perform level 1 system trouble-shooting
  • Proactive monitoring of server systems basic health checks
  • In charge of PC/Audio/Video system
  • Resolve incidents (with printers, copiers and scanners)
  • Perform ad-hoc task required by business team
  • Other duties as assigned by the head of IT team

  The ideal candidate would have broad IT skills covering:

  • Knowledge in system operation
  • Able to prioritize in a high pressure, constantly changing environment with high sense of urgency
  • Detail oriented and demonstrable thoroughness of work
  • Keen to work in financial institution
  • Experience with performance monitoring and troubleshooting


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or relevant certifications
  • Candidate with Linux working experience will be an added advantage
  • Network/storage experience is a plus 
  • Positive Working Attitude
  • Strong technical and analytical skills

Salary: $2,800 Per Month
