Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement of customer profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
• Create, format and edit PowerPoint Presentations materials for both external and internal use.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making and management meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Japanese speaking (min N3 Level).
• 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, banking, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
