ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (PRIVATE BANKING)

Responsibilities:

  • Complete existing customers' KYC reviews on time and assist relationship manager on preliminary check up on new on-boarding clients' KYC when necessary. 
  • Assisting relationship managers in order executions via phone calls.
  • Maintain, organize and handover transaction documents to respective departments in time.
  • Prepare post-account opening services such as preparing welcome packages, AI Opt-in Letter preparation and send to client in time.
  • Prepare and verify necessary documents according to MAS' requirements.
  • Liaise with other department for smooth transactions and operations.
  • Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time.

 

Requirement:

  • Recognized Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Business/ Banking and Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of Premium Banking Relationship Manager experience or minimum 3 years of Premium banking Assistant Relationship Manager experience.
  • BSC Grade A (if applicable).
  • Passed or prepared for CACS Paper 1 & 2.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments.

Salary: $5,000 Per Month
