Responsibilities:
- Complete existing customers' KYC reviews on time and assist relationship manager on preliminary check up on new on-boarding clients' KYC when necessary.
- Assisting relationship managers in order executions via phone calls.
- Maintain, organize and handover transaction documents to respective departments in time.
- Prepare post-account opening services such as preparing welcome packages, AI Opt-in Letter preparation and send to client in time.
- Prepare and verify necessary documents according to MAS' requirements.
- Liaise with other department for smooth transactions and operations.
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time.
Requirement:
- Recognized Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Business/ Banking and Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of Premium Banking Relationship Manager experience or minimum 3 years of Premium banking Assistant Relationship Manager experience.
- BSC Grade A (if applicable).
- Passed or prepared for CACS Paper 1 & 2.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments.
Salary: $5,000 Per Month
