Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for daily IT operations, network maintenance, and infrastructure management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT systems, network performance, and infrastructure in a timely manner.
• Manage and configure user accounts, permissions, and access privileges to maintain system security.
• Monitor and support network operations, applying foundational networking knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPN).
• Take rotation shift duties around the clock to ensure continuous monitoring and smooth operation of IT systems and networks.
• Provide professional input during IT audits and promptly address identified gaps.
• Deliver ad hoc solutions and recommendations as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements

• A passionate individual who is keen to learn and be able to perform professionally.
• Strong Understanding of basic networking concepts and hands-on operational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Chinese speaking clients.
• Previous experience working with banks or other financial institutions is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
