BANK OPERATIONS ANALYST - PROCESS IMPROVEMENT (CONTRACT)

Job Description:

  • Govern operational services provided by vendor and ensure Smooth transition of outsourcing activities
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure services are in line with Service Level Agreement
  • Perform as functional bridge between the vendor and the internal stakeholders
  • Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods
  • To track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance
  • Ensure due diligence, risk assessments and continuing vendor oversight is being accomplished

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 6 experience in a banking / financial sector
  • Knowledge in back office transaction and settlement processing
  • Good exposure to Private wealth management processes
  • Experience in reviewing different types of corporate documents
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS office applications is preferred
  • Willing to learn new system & processes

Salary: $5,000 Per Month
