Job Description
  • Contacting Trade Finance clients to update on transaction status via phone call and emails
  • Responding and replying to clients on their queries
  • Follow up with Clients on instructions to be given
  • Responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of transactions (including performing all relevant controls) within own area of responsibility
  • Ensures the escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to line manager and functional leads as appropriate; contributes to the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions
  • Assist Team Head and other team members in operational task assigned
Job Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years of experience with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the Trade Advisory offering
  • Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
  • Having Trade Finance knowledge would be an added advantage
  • Strong team spirit with ability to inspire and influence all members to achieve the team's goals, besides achieving own objective
  • MS skills needed for revenue data analysis
