CONTRACT CLIENT ONBOARDING MANAGER (1 YEAR CONTRACT)

Job Description:

  • Lead team of several contractors working on KYC cases and client outreach
  • Manage pipeline and its execution, in cooperation with Client Relationship Manager and Client Onboarding operations
  • Identify, summarize and escalate process issues with local contacts and regional lead and implement improvements
  • Handle complex and sensitive cases as case manager
  • Prepare regular status reports for local and regional management

Job Requirements:

  • 6 years or more corporate banking or relevant experiences
  • Experienced team leader, knows how to utilize the team capacity and skills efficiently and to its full effect
  • Highly structured and ability to prioritize in a hectic environment
  • Experience in Client Onboarding, particularly specializing in institutional clients is highly preferred
  • Excellent written communication and reasoning skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively at varying levels of seniority within the organization
  • Disciplined around best practice and data integrity
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, (Cantonese and Mandarin is essential for supporting HK clients)
  • Banking and product knowledge is preferred
  • Strong self-initiative, problem solving oriented attitude, action driven
  • Good negotiation skills, strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work dynamically across countries and regions.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and adhere to strict delivery timelines

Salary: $9,000 Per Month
