Job Description:

  • Act as primary contacts to Client Service Representatives and various Bank’s department on all operational related queries (asset servicing, trade settlement, asset transfer, collateral, stock loan, swaps, etc.)
  • Attend client meetings (with Client Service Representatives) where required to provide operational perspective
  • Understand broader Client operation responsibilities and effectively manage and build those ‘account coverage’ relationships for which you have responsibility (15 - 25 clients)
  • Build strong and effective relationships with all key stakeholders, including clients, account managers, traders and operations
  • Understand operational flow and identify key operational risk areas and drive for change and solution
  • Identify inefficiency and perform root cause analysis and work with clients to increase STP process
  • Document procedure changes and ensure it is communicated to wider client operation team
  • Produce client metrics to key stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  •  Strong Communication Skills to liaise with external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Keen attention to details and careful
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience – i.e. Cash products/Prime Brokerage/Listed Derivatives/OTC
  • Self-starter and enthusiastic
  • Team player

Basic Salary: $4,000 per Month
