Job Description
  • Handle external consultants recruitment process (prepare job advertisements and post on job sites, organize test sessions and interviews, follow up with hiring managers on the post interview feedback, etc.)
  • Liaison with recruitment agencies or consulting firms
  • Maintain proper records of Master Agreements and contracts
  • Administer on-boarding and off-boarding of staff
  • Conduct new staff orientation
  • Manage external staff contracts renewal
  • Manage all confidential data/ document related to external contract staff
  • Coordinate internal/ external trainings request
  • Prepare monthly HR related reports (headcount, manpower forecast, etc.)
  • Collate timesheets and validate invoices from agencies or firms
  • Participate in manpower surveys from MOM and IDA
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment initiatives
  • Attend to employee’s queries related to all HR matters
  • Other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned
Job Requirement
  • Diploma/Degree from recognized tertiary institution, preferably in Human Resources
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR
  • Experience in recruitment of IT professionals is an advantage
  • Meticulous with good organizational skills, able to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong adaption skills and effective time management
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
