Job Description:

  • Co-coordinating recruitment and staffing activities
  • E-Leave portal maintaining and administration
  • Handle work pass application for foreign workers
  • Ad-hoc projects & events
  • On-line claims, including Extended Maternity & NS Reservist Claims etc

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • 4 years relevant experience in an international / global environment
  • Highly conversant with Local Labour Legislations
  • Meticulous, excellent in numeric and analytical skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients 

Location: West Coast

Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,000
