Job Description:

  • Implement Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Responsible for Records Management for contractors'
  • Provide quarterly updates on headcount
  • Handle work pass application and visa for employees
  • Advise employees on Human Resources policies and employees relations issues
  • Providing support to Human Resource Department
  • Co-coordinating recruitment and staffing activities
  • Organise events and work with vendors
  • Provide quarterly reports and data analytics

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Min 1-3 years relevant experience 
  • Experience in fast paced and MNC environments
  • Meticulous, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player, mature and with initiative
