• To provide Helpdesk and Technical support to end-users
  • To provide assistance and support to the IT & Logistics team.


  • Provide Helpdesk support to Singapore and Taipei users
  • Provide 1st level technical support for installation, replacement, and update patches, repair of end user equipment’s (laptops, PCs, printers, Blackberry, etc.)
  • Installation and support of Office Automated software MSOffice, Lotus Notes Client, Microsoft Outlook etc.
  • Maintain the IT inventory (PC, LCD, Printers, Fax, Copier, Mobile etc.)
  • Support Universal cabling (RJ45) patching at user’s desk
  • Support the telecommunication network (e.g. telephone, fax, mobile, audio and video conferencing)
  • Follow up of user requests in tracking system
  • Keep documentation and patches up to date, perform administration work
  • Assist to monitor/follow up with vendor/contractor(s) on delivery, work activities for both IT & Facilities management

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, engineering or related disciplines with minimum 3-5 years IT and or Logistics experiences, preferably with prior working experience with MNC
  • Hands-on experience in installation & troubleshooting of PC, Printers, Copiers, Fax machines, Blackberry, PABX and video conferencing equipment etc.
  • Knowledge in cabling and wiring (RJ45)
  • Knowledge in WAN/LAN, VLAN concept
  • Proficient in the administration of Microsoft Windows Network, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes
  • Excellent troubleshooting, strong interpersonal and communication skills
