PRIVATE BANKING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by providing expert investment advisory and exceptional service to enhance client trust and the bank’s brand.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to build a strong portfolio
  • Advise clients competently on investment products to deliver best-in-class financial solutions
  • Enhance client trust and loyalty by acting as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor, reinforcing the bank’s brand equity
  • Collaborate effectively within teams and work independently to meet client and organizational goals
  • Execute additional duties assigned by the Head of Department or company leadership as needed

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold recognized certification(s) relevant to the role, including CACS 1 & CACS 2, CMFAS (M9, M9A, M5, HI)
  • Possess a recognized bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Premium Banking Relationship Manager or at least 2 years as a Private Banking Relationship Manager
