Job Responsibilities:

Looking for a Regulatory & Management Reporting Analyst to generate and validate automated regulatory reports.

• Drive APAC Trade Reporting (MAS, HKMA, ASIC) operational requirements for APAC PB businesses.
• Perform Stakeholder Management in the form of broker/vendor oversight. Oversight includes statistical data, collaboration with other impacted Operations teams, and managing review sessions.
• Oversee controls via monitoring of application access rights for PB International Hub Operations teams and random spotlighting of processes.

Job Requirements:

• Min 1-3 years basic regulatory reporting knowledge
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Degree/diploma from recognized university/polytechnic
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot table, vlookup, formulas – VBA/Macro is a plus)
• Meticulous with an eye for detail, meticulous
• Proactive approach towards work
• Able to work as part of a team, willing to take on tasks as workflow dictates
• Experience with OTC derivatives will be good to have
