RETAIL BANKING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and financial advice on retail banking products while managing VIP client relationships and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized customer service on retail banking products to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Process personal loan applications accurately and efficiently to support customer financing needs
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns for bank cards and personal financial products to increase product uptake
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with VIP customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Provide tailored financial advice and promote financial products to retail customers to meet their financial goals
  • Update existing customers on portfolio performance and introduce new products to maximize customer engagement
  • Compile and present detailed reports on product performance and business activities to inform management decisions
  • Support the Head of Department by preparing for and executing ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet organizational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, with prior banking sector experience considered advantageous
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse customer segments
