Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and financial advice on retail banking products while managing VIP client relationships and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service on retail banking products to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Process personal loan applications accurately and efficiently to support customer financing needs
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns for bank cards and personal financial products to increase product uptake
- Build and sustain strong relationships with VIP customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Provide tailored financial advice and promote financial products to retail customers to meet their financial goals
- Update existing customers on portfolio performance and introduce new products to maximize customer engagement
- Compile and present detailed reports on product performance and business activities to inform management decisions
- Support the Head of Department by preparing for and executing ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet organizational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, with prior banking sector experience considered advantageous
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse customer segments
